MUSCAT – As part of its commitment to sustainable urban development and enhancing quality of life for residents, the Municipality is offering a prime location in the wilayat for investors.
The project involves the investment of Plot No. 2137, which spans 3,373 square meters, and is intended to serve as a multi-use public space with both recreational and commercial components. The initiative supports the municipality’s broader goal of improving urban landscapes while offering attractive prospects for local investors.
The proposed project will feature a hybrid development model, with 20 percent of the area allocated for commercial use to ensure sustainability, alongside the primary function as a public park.
Potential project elements for the park include commercial shops, chalets, restaurants, special tracks for walking and cycling, a reception area and open spaces for sitting.
The investment opportunity comes with a 20-year contract term and a generous 24-month grace period for rent payment, designed to facilitate investor entry and project development.
