MUSCAT: Indian Social Club (ISC) and Embassy of India, Muscat is organising a blood donation camp at the ISC premises on Saturday, August 22.
Speaking to The Arabian Stories, Dr. Satish Nambiar, Chairman of ISC has urged the Indian community to come together to support the initiative. “We are organising this campaign following requests from the Oman Blood Bank. During this time of coronavirus, we need to stand together to ensure to support these initiatives,” he added.
According to Nambiar, in the wake of Covid-19, ISC has taken all precautionary measures to protect the donors. The blood donation camp will begin at 8am.
