MUSCAT : The operation by ROP’s Directorate General for Combatting Drugs and Psychotropic Substances targeted two Pakistani nationals connected to an international drug trafficking network. The authorities successfully uncovered their criminal method of transporting and reprocessing crystal meth.
“The method involved melting the drug. converting it into liquid form, and concealing it in emptied gas cylinders prepared for this purpose. More than 25 kilograms of crystal meth, along with tools used for melting the substance, were found in their possession,” the ROP stated.
Legal procedures are being completed against them.
