MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a citizen on charges of running over a man and fleeing from the scene of the accident.
“The incident in Dhofar Governorate resulted in the victim’s death,” ROP said.
“Dhofar Governorate Police Command arrested a citizen for running over another citizen with his vehicle and fleeing the scene, resulting in the victim’s death. Legal proceedings are underway against him,” the statement added.
