Muscat – The Council has introduced an automatic system for lifting and cancelling judicial reservations upon the full payment of implementation dues through electronic payment devices and applications provided by ONEIC (Oman National Engineering & Investment Company).
“Within the framework of developing the system for implementing judgments and improving the quality of judicial services, reservations will be automatically lifted and cancelled upon payment of full implementation dues via electronic payment devices and applications (ONEIC), provided that there are no non-financial claims,” the announcement stated.
As per the statement, once financial obligations related to a judicial decision are fully settled electronically, the reservation (or judicial hold) will be automatically lifted and cancelled—provided that there are no outstanding non-financial claims associated with the case.
