MUSCAT : This move is aimed at enhancing community participation and improving digital transportation solutions across the Sultanate.
Under the banner of ‘Enhancing Digital Taxi Services in Oman’, the Ministry is urging citizens and residents to contribute their feedback through an online survey from June 22 to July 22, 2025. The initiative aims to evaluate user satisfaction, identify operational challenges, and collect ideas to help shape the future development of digital taxi services in Oman.
“Through this survey, we aim to measure community satisfaction with the digital services provided by taxi apps, identify field challenges that emerged after the implementation of the regulatory decision, receive opinions and suggestions that support the development of the digital system in the transportation sector, and enhance community partnerships to improve services and ensure the sustainability of digital transformation in the Sultanate,” stated the Ministry.
