Muscat – In an official statement, the Ministry urged users to be cautious of any communication claiming to be from Tajawob that seeks personal financial details.
“Any communication that includes a request of this type is considered a fraudulent attempt; we stress the necessity of ignoring it and reporting it immediately through official channels,” the Ministry alert stated.
The Ministry clarified that while specialised teams on the Tajawob platform may contact users to gather additional information necessary for processing their requests, this communication will never involve requests for personal or financial data. “To ensure quality processing of your request, the specialized teams on the TAJAWOB platform may contact you to complete information related to your request only, without requesting access to your personal or financial data,” it stressed.
