Muscat – The Shura Council is convening its second regular session of the 10th term with a focus on housing and urban development, during which His Excellency will present his ministry’s comprehensive statement outlining strategic directions and sectoral priorities.
The minister’s address is structured around five key segments: the National Urban Development Strategy, the legislation and laws regulating the urban planning and housing sector, cooperation and integration with relevant authorities, digital transformation and simplification of procedures, and the future challenges and opportunities for sustainable cities and integrated residential neighbourhoods.
