Learn how to manage food waste safely and effectively through this post,” stated a notice from the Municipality.

The Municipality encourages residents to adopt best practices for safe food waste disposal to ensure minimal waste and maximum utility from food resources. Key recommendations include the following:

• Plan meals wisely to avoid excess.
• Store food correctly to maintain its quality.
• Repurpose leftovers to create new dishes.
• Donate surplus food to charities.
• Convert food scraps into nutrient-rich compost.
