MUSCAT : The incident occurred in the Wilayat of Hamra, a popular destination for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts.
As per a statement from the CDAA, the woman fell while practicing mountain hiking, prompting the swift mobilisation of emergency services. The rescue teams were able to reach the injured woman and transport her to a nearby hospital.
According to officials, she is in moderate health condition.
