MUSCAT : The ambitious project aims to showcase the country’s diverse cultural heritage and breathtaking landscapes.
The tender invites consultancy firms to submit proposals for designing an engaging and immersive itinerary that will go beyond traditional sightseeing, allowing tourists to form a deeper connection with Oman’s history, culture, and natural beauty.
Interested companies, registered with the Tender Board in the appropriate grade, are invited to obtain the tender documents from the E-Tendering website at https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.om, for a non-refundable fee. The deadline for purchasing the tender documents is March 30, 2025, with the final date for bid submission set for April 22, 2025. All bidders must acknowledge their commitment to the bid.
MHT’s vision for the Grand Tour is to create a dynamic experience that incorporates off-road adventures and interactive activities, providing tourists with the opportunity to actively engage with Oman’s diverse culture and stunning landscapes. The detailed design will include both paved and off-road routes, allowing visitors to explore the country in a more participatory and meaningful way.
The project also aims to enhance infrastructure, supporting services, and governance frameworks to ensure the highest standards of execution.
