MUSCAT: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) on Friday arrested an expatriate for vandalising and stealing money from 13 vehicles in the governorates of Muscat.
In a statement issued, ROP stated that expatriate is from an Asian country and legal procedures are being completed against him.
