Muscat – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Oman’s commitment to the dialogue process, emphasising that it is essential to preserve Syria’s unity, sovereignty, and independence.
The Ministry has issued a statement which reads as follows: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses the Sultanate of Oman’s welcome to the convening of the Syrian National Dialogue Conference, and its support for its objectives aimed at achieving consensus between all components of the country’s political scene in a way that preserves Syria’s unity, sovereignty and independence and paves the way for a new phase of development, prosperity, security and stability for the brotherly Syrian people.”
