MUSCAT : The move comes as part of Oman’s digital transformation efforts, ensuring a more efficient and streamlined communication process between government entities and the public. The Tajawob platform (https://tajawob.om) serves as a centralized hub for over 55 government institutions, offering users an intuitive interface and enhanced security measures to protect data privacy.
According to the Tax Authority, shifting to Tajawob will help improve taxpayer satisfaction, boost service quality, and foster greater community participation in governance.
The Ministry of Information has also highlighted the platform’s significance, guiding beneficiaries on how to access and navigate the system for submitting feedback and concerns.
