• Weekends and Holidays: Disconnections are forbidden on the last working day before weekends and official holidays.
• Evening Hours: Services must be maintained between 5 pm and 7 am.
• Educational Periods: Disconnections are prohibited during General Education Diploma exams and Ramadan, as per official schedules.
