MUSCAT : The agreement, signed by His Excellency Jamal bin Hassan Al Mousawi, Secretary-General of the National Museum, and Professor Dr. Baykhanov Ismail Bautdinovich, Rector of Chechen State Pedagogical University, marks the celebration of the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Russian Federation.

The newly established Omani publications corner will serve as a resource for Arab students, providing them with valuable insights into Omani studies, including the cultural and intellectual heritage of the Sultanate. The initiative aims to foster a deeper understanding between Oman and Russia, strengthening academic and research ties while encouraging cooperation between the two nations.
