Muscat – Modern College of Business and Science (MCBS) is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Kawthar Al Harthi as the new Director of International Relations – Global Engagement. This strategic appointment underscores MCBS’s continued commitment to fostering international collaboration, enhancing global partnerships, and strengthening its academic presence globally.

With a distinguished career in leadership, institutional development, and intercultural relations, Ms. Al Harthi brings exceptional skills to this pivotal role. She has a long history of leadership in the international realm, mainly through her role as the Associate Director for Arabic Language Programs at the Centre for International Learning/World Learning, where she designed and implemented cross-cultural language programs that bridged gaps between Omani and international participants. 

As the new Director of International Relations – Global Engagement at MCBS, Ms. Al Harthi will spearhead efforts to enhance the College’s global footprint. She will oversee the development and expansion of academic partnerships, global student engagement, and international initiatives to foster collaboration with educational institutions, businesses, and other stakeholders worldwide.
