MUSCAT: Addressing the media meeting organised by the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technology, His Excellency Eng. Saeed bin Hamoud bin Saeed Al Mawali, said a tender will be announced this year for Al Amerat-Baushar tunnel project.
The Minister also announced the implementation of some important road projects this year. The projects include the dualisation of the Raysut-Al Mughsail road, the dualisation of the Adam-Haima-Thumrait road, which extends for a length of 400 km from the Wilayat of Haima to the Wilayat of Thumrait, the dualisation of the Al Kamil and Al Wafi – Jalan Bani Bu Hassan – Jalan Bani Bu Ali road, and the dualization of the Rub Al Khali road (first phase).
