MUSCAT : This initiative is being carried out in collaboration with the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit to complete the platform’s system.
The platform aims to enhance communication and streamline the submission of suggestions, complaints, and reports. Beneficiaries will receive a text message issued through the platform during the registration and application process to ensure data protection and reliability.
While the platform is in its trial phase, the Ministry has cautioned users to be mindful of any suspicious links that may be circulated through unreliable sources. It stressed that the official platform link will only be available through authorised government outlets.
