Muscat – The program is designed to support fresh Omani graduates by providing them with professional training opportunities, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the labour market.
The Nomou program aims to support and train Omani fresh graduates, make them ready for the labour market and enable them to gain substantial professional skills.
It targets graduates in a variety of fields, including Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Media, Human Resources, and Economics. The aim is to refine national competencies and align them with the demands of the modern workforce.
Program Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
• A minimum GPA of 2.7.
Candidates who meet the criteria will undergo tests and personal interviews. Successful applicants will receive a competitive monthly allowance during the training period.
