MUSCAT : Despite the uptick in the index, the trading value witnessed a significant drop, totaling RO 3.16 million—a decline of 44.65 percent from the last session’s RO 5.71 million.
According to the MSX report, the market value grew marginally by 0.090 percent, reaching approximately RO 28.10 billion.
On the non-Omani investment front, purchases amounted to RO 948,000, representing 30.01 percent of the total trading value. Non-Omani sales stood at RO 979,000, accounting for 30.99 percent. This resulted in a net decrease in non-Omani investment of RO 31,000, or 0.98 percent.
