Muscat: “We are aware of the magnitude of local and global challenges,” His Majesty began, “our understanding of their nature and the limits of their influence enhances our ability to deal with them as favorable opportunities to adopt effective policies to establish peace, develop the economy, and deepen strategic partnerships based on cooperation and economic integration, based on our constants and supreme national interests.”
His Majesty urged nations worldwide to join hands in building a world governed by the principles of justice and humanity. “We call upon all countries of the world to join hands to build a world governed by the values of humanity and justice, in which the sanctities of every nation, its identity, religion, beliefs and morals are respected, and in which human dignity is preserved and human rights are guaranteed, in a world where its youth grow up in balance and harmony between its spiritual foundation and its material requirements,” he said.
Central to his message was the emphasis on the youth of Oman. His Majesty reaffirmed his commitment to nurturing the next generation, preserving their moral and ethical heritage, and empowering them with modern technology and knowledge. “We give our children, adolescents, and youth complete care and continuous attention,” he said, urging the nation’s youth to unite, cooperate, and draw inspiration from Oman’s rich heritage.

Reflecting on Oman’s history, His Majesty acknowledged the resilience of the country’s ancestors, who turned challenges into opportunities to build a sovereign and pioneering state. “Challenges were never an obstacle in the way of our ancestors to establish a state that the world has witnessed to be sovereign and pioneering, and they will only be an incentive for us to build on what they established, following the guidance of our established civilizational constants, advancing with confidence on the path to bringing this great country to the highest position it deserves,” he said.
His Majesty’s address served as both a celebration of Oman’s achievements and a rallying call for unity, innovation, and adherence to the nation’s values in navigating a rapidly changing world.
