Muscat – In a statement, the Ministry announced that the platform, developed in collaboration with the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, will undergo testing to complete its system and improve its services.
However, the Ministry has also issued a strong warning against any suspicious links related to the platform that may be circulated through unreliable channels. The Ministry urged the public to be cautious and only use official outlets when accessing the platform, especially during the trial operation phase. The platform link will be exclusively available through official government institutions, ensuring data protection and the integrity of services.
“Please be careful of any suspicious links that may be circulated through unreliable means on the platform. As the platform link in the trial operation phase will only be available through the official outlets to provide the service in government institutions,” states the alert.
The Ministry emphasised that, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the reliability and security of the platform, some updates to the procedures for submitting suggestions, complaints, and reports may occur during this trial phase. The platform aims to streamline communication between beneficiaries and customer services, with beneficiaries receiving a text message during the registration and application process to confirm their interaction.
The Ministry expressed its commitment to continuously improving the quality of services, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring the satisfaction of beneficiaries with the Ministry’s projects and services.
“We thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work towards developing a platform that better serves the needs of the public,” the Ministry’s statement concluded.
