Muscat: Full-time fishermen practising the artisanal fishing profession are encouraged to apply between January 6 and February 5, 2025.
The program is aimed at empowering local fishermen by providing access to essential resources while ensuring sustainability in the sector.

Applicants must hold a valid marine fishing license.
Only fishermen owning a licensed and valid artisanal fishing boat are eligible.
Applicants must be fully dedicated to the fishing profession.
No final judgments for violations of the Living Aquatic
Resources Law or its executive regulations should have been issued against the applicant in the past two years.
Priority will be granted based on the seniority of fishing licenses.
