Muscat: In a momentous ceremony at the Sultan Qaboos Academy for Police Sciences, His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik, bestowed medals of Royal Praise, Excellent Service, and Efficiency on a number of senior officers of the Royal Oman Police.
