MUSCAT : The event, held under the auspices of His Excellency Dr. Yahya bin Badr Al Maawali, Governor of South Al Sharqiyah, saw the delivery of units valued at RO 1.1 million. The project is part of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning’s ongoing efforts to provide adequate housing and enhance the quality of life for Omani families.
Eng. Rehab bint Salem Al Mayahiyah, Director General of the General Directorate of Social Housing and Projects, emphasized the ministry’s dedication to advancing the social housing sector.
The newly delivered units, each covering 183.4 square meters, include three bedrooms, a living room, and an external courtyard. An 820-meter asphalt road connects the homes within the complex, enhancing accessibility. To support environmental sustainability, the Environment Authority contributed to planting local seedlings within the complex, increasing greenery and promoting health and aesthetic benefits.
