Muscat – The CPA emphasized that service providers must adhere to the terms and conditions agreed upon with consumers.
In the event that a travel or tourism service provider fails to deliver services as agreed, the Authority has outlined that providers are obligated to take corrective action. These actions include either re-performing the service properly, offering compensation for the shortfall in service, or providing a full refund to the consumer.
This reminder aims to ensure that consumers receive the services they were promised and that their rights are protected.
