Muscat: His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Oman, held a telephone conversation with His Excellency Bassam Al Sabbagh, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic.

During the call, His Excellency expressed Oman’s unwavering solidarity with Syria, underscoring the importance of maintaining the sovereignty and unity of Syrian territories. He highlighted the urgent need for restoring security and stability, stressing that an escalation of conflicts must be prevented.

Calling for dialogue and diplomacy, His Excellency urged all involved parties to prioritize political solutions to address challenges and achieve peaceful reconciliation.
