MUSCAT: A total of 125 expats and 111 Omanis died due to coronavirus as the total death toll in the country climbed to 236 on Thursday.
Oman’s Ministry of Health announced on Thursday 1,518 new confirmed cases with Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of COVID-19 patients in the Sultanate to 51,725.
The newly diagnosed cases are 1,068 Omanis and 450 expats, the ministry said.

A total of 33,021 out of the COVID-19 patients in the Sultanate have recovered, the ministry said.
