Muscat – This strategic move aims to transform the port into a key player in Oman’s logistics sector, enhancing the country’s position as a global logistics centre.
The agreement, signed today, marks a significant step in the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen trade links and support the national economy. Under the terms of the concession, the Asyad Group will spearhead the development of the port’s infrastructure and operations, aiming to position Suwaiq Port as a vital tributary in Oman’s growing logistics and trade network.
