MUSCAT: The total coronavirus cases in Muscat Governorate has touched 30,697 after 531 new cases were registered on Wednesday.
With 244 cases, Seeb registered highest Covid-19 infections on Wednesday, taking the total to 11,165. Muttrah recorded 52 cases, while the total cases in Al Amerat crossed 2,000.
In North Al Batinah, the total cases in Sohar touched 2005, while in South Batinah, 92 cases were reported in Barka on Wednesday.

Oman on Wednesday confirmed 1210 new coronavirus cases, taking the total tally to 50,207 including 233 deaths.
