MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday bestowed the ‘Oman Civil Order’ (Second Grade) on His Excellency Sayyid Ibrahim bin Saeed Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam.
The award was given marking the 54th Glorious National Day and in appreciation to his roles in carrying out the national duty.
