MUSCAT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Tuesday bestowed the ‘Oman Civil Order’ (Second Grade) on His Excellency Dr. Khamis bin Saif Al Jabri, Chairman of the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, marking the 54th Glorious National Day and in appreciation to his roles in carrying out the national duty.
