MUSCAT : As part of the 54th glorious National Day celebrations and in appreciation of their role in performing their national duty, His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik granted the Civil Order Oman, 2nd Class on His Highness Sayyid Taimur bin Asaad Al Said, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman, and His Highness Sayyid Marwan bin Turki Al Said, Governor of Dhofar.

His Majesty also conferred the Orders on H.E. Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, H.E. Dr. Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, H.E. Eng. Saeed bin Hamoud Al-Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, and H.E. Dr. Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Saqri, Minister of Economy.

Recipients of the Order also include H.E. Salem bin Mohammed Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism, H.E. Sheikh Saba bin Hamdan Al Saadi, Secretary General of National Celebrations, H.E. Abdul Salam bin Mohammed Al Marshidi, Chairman of the Oman Investment Authority, H.E. Dr. Saud bin Hamoud Al Habsi, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, H.E. Dr. Hamad bin Saeed Al Aufi, Head of the Private Office, H.E. Dr. Khamis bin Saif Al Jabri, Head of the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, H.E. Nasser bin Khamis Al Jashmi, Head of the Tax Authority, H.E. Sayyid Ibrahim bin Saeed Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam, H.E. Eng. Salem bin Nasser Al Aufi, Minister of Energy and Minerals, H.E.
