MUSCAT: Oman’s Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday 1,262 new confirmed cases with Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of COVID-19 patients in the Sultanate to 48,997.
The newly diagnosed cases are 968 Omanis and 294 expats, the ministry said.
A total of 31,000 out of the COVID-19 patients in the Sultanate have recovered, the ministry said.
