Muscat – The decision, made as a precautionary measure, is part of ongoing efforts to provide a safe and healthy environment for all patients.
In an official statement, the Directorate General of Khoula Hospital emphasised that the safety of patients remains the hospital’s top priority. Although visiting hours have been halted, the hospital assures families that medical staff will continue to stay in constant communication with them regarding the patient’s condition.
The hospital has outlined a temporary protocol for families wishing to inquire about their loved ones’ status. Relatives can continue to receive updates during a specified consultation period from 12 pm to 1 pm with a maximum of two family members permitted at a time for inquiries.
The hospital further urged families to stay informed and maintain their health and wellness during this precautionary period. The hospital remains committed to the highest standards of patient care and will continue to adapt its procedures as necessary to ensure safety.
