Muscat – The three-day conference at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre will focus on Oman’s initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, enhance energy security, and support economic diversification.

The event underscores Oman’s commitment to playing a significant, reliable, and competitive role in the regional and global energy landscape. This aligns with the strategic goals of Oman Vision 2040, which aims to position the country as a leader in sustainable energy practices.
The conference will feature 60 speakers from electricity and energy fields, and will host workshops on topics ranging from network flexibility and energy storage systems to smart grid solutions, and the use of hydrogen in generating energy from electricity turbines.
