Muscat – The meeting, chaired by H.E. Ahmed bin Saleh Al Rashidi, Undersecretary of Endowments and Religious Affairs, focused on reviewing and approving the plans and schedule for the upcoming Hajj season.
During the meeting, the committee reviewed the latest developments pertaining to the Hajj season and approved the timetable for the upcoming pilgrimage. The approved schedule aligns with the preliminary arrangements document issued by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The approved quota for the Sultanate of Oman has been set at 14,000 pilgrims for the 1446 AH season.
