Mazoon Electricity offers several smart, hassle-free
and interactive options to pay the bills. Customers can pay their bill online
from anywhere by accessing their account through the Mazoon Electricity’s
e-channels.
Mazoon Electricity customers are being encouraged to pay their bills through the available channels including Mobile apps (available on Android and Apple Store), NAMA app (by NAMA Group), Khedmah app (by OIFC), Bill and Pay app (by ONEIC), ONEIC, OIFC and Khedmah self-service kiosks, IVR system through call centre (80077771) and local banking apps.

Mazoon Electricity Company has advised customers to use its e-payments platforms to pay bills to maintain social distancing measures while dealing with COVID-19 situation. Encouraging opting for the virtual payment method like online payments or payment links, Mazoon Electricity says it will keep users safe and help them observe social responsibility.
It is worth noting that Mazoon Electricity continues to run several media activities to raise awareness about rationalisation of electricity consumption, safe practices to avoid electrical hazards, and information regarding easy and safe ways to pay the electricity bill, as part of the campaign ‘lasting grace’ launched by electricity companies under Nama Group.
