MUSCAT: The Supreme Committee on Monday directed the Royal Oman Police (ROP) to arrest and fine those who are violating the coronavirus (Covid-19) preventive measures.
In a new set of decisions taken by the Committee also asked people to mandatorily wear face masks while in public places including commercial centres, work places and while using transportation.

The committee also banned all Eid-related gatherings, including prayer. Oman on Monday reported 193 new coronavirus cases, taking the total tally to 5,379
