Covid-19: These are the commercial activities allowed to reopen in Oman

MUSCAT: The Supreme Committee has announced the
list of commercial activities that are allowed to open in the wake of coronavirus outbreak in the country.

Following are the list of commercial activities allowed to operate:

1. Sale of foodstuffs.

2. Food stores.

3. Restaurants, cafes and mobile cafes (orders and delivery only).

4. Medical and veterinary clinics

5. Pharmacies.

6. Optical shops.

7- Fuel stations

8. Gas stores and transporters

9. Bakeries and stores selling bakeries products (compliance with the attached health requirements).

10. Water factories and water stores.

11. Halwa factories and Halwa stores.

12.  Food industries.

13. Selling fodder, grains, agricultural materials and pesticides.

14. Selling meat and poultry.

15. Sale of fish.

16. Sale of ice cream, corn, sweets and nuts.

17. Sale of vegetables and fruits.

18- Juice shops.

19. Selling Mishkak.

20. Mills.

21. Sale of honey.

22. Sale dates.

23. Animal and poultry farms.

24. Shipping offices, customs clearance and insurance offices.

25. Sanitary and electrical materials.

26. Non-food stores (for storage).

27. Sale of fishing supplies (customers are not allowed to enter)

28. Vehicle repair workshops and fishing boat repair workshops (customers are not permitted to enter the workshop, it is limited to receiving and delivering only).

29. Sale of vehicle parts, shops selling fishing gear parts (customers are not allowed to enter, it is limited to receiving and delivering)

30. Vehicle electricians, changing vehicle oils, repairing vehicle brakes, selling and repairing tires (permitting a maximum of two customers at the same time).

31. Sale and repair of electrical and television broadcasting equipment (on demand and delivery only and without opening the interfaces to the public).

32. Sale, repair and maintenance of computers (on request and delivery only and without opening the interfaces to the public).

33. Libraries (on request and delivery only, without opening the interfaces to the public).

34. Printing presses (on request and delivery only and without opening interfaces to the public).

35. Quarries and Crushers (customers are not allowed to enter and it is limited to receiving delivery only).

36. Sanad offices (customers are not allowed to enter the office and it is limited to terminating transactions only remotely).

37. Vehicle rental offices and equipment and machinery rental offices (customers are not allowed entry and are limited to pick-up and delivery only) 

38. Money Exchange Houses (allowing a maximum of two customers at the same time and compliance to the attached health requirements).

39. Steam laundry shops (allow a maximum of one customer presence at the same time)

40. Shops and workshops specialized in selling supplies of bees (customers are not allowed to enter the stores, are limited to receiving and delivering only)

41. Building materials and cement stores (customers are not allowed to enter the stores, are limited to receiving and delivering only).

42.  Block and cement factories and cement products (customers are not allowed to enter the factory and is limited to receiving and delivering only)

43. Ready-mix concrete plants (customers are not allowed to enter the factory and are limited to receiving and delivering only)

44. Shops selling ceramic, tiles, marble, and granite (permitting a maximum of two customers at the same time).

45. Cutting and spreading workshops for tiles, ceramics, marble and granite (customers are not allowed to enter the workshop and it is limited to receiving and delivering only).

46. Car washing (permitting a maximum of two customers at the same time and limited to external washing only)

47. Car care centers (allowing a maximum of two customers at the same time).

48. New car showrooms 

49. Sale and repair of water filters (customers are not allowed to enter the store and are limited to receiving and delivering only)

50. Shops selling and maintaining water pumps (customers are not permitted to enter the workshop and are limited to receiving and delivering only).

51. Shops selling modern irrigation systems (permitting a maximum of two customers at the same time).

 52. Shops selling birds, fish, pets, and related foods (permitting a maximum of two customers at the same time).

53. Nurseries and sale of agricultural inputs (permitting a maximum of two customers at the same time).

54. Carpentry workshops (customers are not allowed to enter the workshop and are limited to receiving and delivering only).

55. Blacksmith workshops (customers are not allowed to enter the workshop and are limited to receiving and delivering only).

56. Turning workshops (customers are not allowed to enter the workshop, it is limited to receiving and delivering only).

57. Aluminum workshops (customers are not allowed to enter the workshop, it is limited to receiving delivery only).

58. Metal welding shops (customers are not allowed to enter the stores and are limited to receiving and delivering only)

59. Consulting offices, lawyers’ offices, and auditing offices (remote work only).

60. Mobile phone selling and maintenance shops (Customers are not allowed to enter the store and is limited to receiving and delivering only).

61. Watch shops and maintenance shops.
