This campaign is in line with talabat’s duty of care towards rider safety and well-being, ensuring that they are well taken care of while out on deliveries during the summer. talabat provides riders with thermal bottles to ensure they remain hydrated at all times. Riders are also provided with bike windshields to minimize glare on the road and prevent their phones from overheating.

talabat provides riders with ice cream and water to stay cool throughout their shifts at various talabat Mart locations, as well as at talabat offices.
Giveaways:
Each month, talabat will recognize and reward the top five performing riders with summer themed giveaways, as well as distribute 300 complimentary meals to riders.

Every two weeks, talabat will highlight top-performing brands based on rider satisfaction, showcasing its commitment to quality and customer service. This initiative aims to recognize and promote the brands that consistently exceed expectations, ensuring a rewarding experience for both riders and customers alike.
Optimized technology:
As a tech company at its core, talabat believes in harnessing its technology to support riders on a daily basis. Optimized technology helps riders find the safest and shortest routes while out on deliveries, minimizing waiting and traveling time – also allowing them to choose their preferred shifts and take breaks whenever needed. In addition, riders receive regular updates and tips on how to keep safe during the summer.
Day-out experiences:
talabat will also take riders out on enriching all-day experiences, starting with taking 150 riders to a snow day, organizing cinema outings for 300 riders, and arranging bowling activities for another 150 riders.
