MUSCAT: Four expatriates who were killed in a road crash in Jebel Akhdar are Lankans, a senior official from the Sri Lankan embassy in Oman, said.
Talking to The Arabian Stories, the official said that the victims belong to two Lankan families.
“Their bodies will be cremated here in Oman. The victims include a mother and her two children from one family and a boy from another family,” the official added.

The accident occurred on Saturday. Earlier, a police official had said that the accident had occurred at 12:49pm.
“A vehicle crash and collided with a fixed object on Jabal Al Akhdar before the mountain point. The accident resulted in the death of 4 persons and serious injury of two others, all from Asian nationality,” the police official had said.
