Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a Royal Decree appointing His Highness Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr Al Said as Special Envoy of His Majesty the Sultan.

His Majesty Sultan Haitham also issued 10 Royal Decrees of the following:

1 – Royal Decree No. (4/2020), stipulating the issuance of the Internal Security Agency law

2- Royal Decree No. (5/2020) stipulated that some amendments be made to the Civil Defense Law

3- Royal Decree No. (6/2020) regarding the Supreme Committee for National Day Celebrations

4- Royal Decree No. (20/2020), appointing His Highness Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr Al Said, a special envoy to His Majesty the Sultan

5- Royal Decree No. (8/2020) to appoint Mr. Mansour bin Majid bin Taymur as Special Adviser to His Majesty the Sultan

6- Royal Decree No. (9/2020) to appoint Salem bin Muhammad Al Mahrouqi as Minister of Heritage and Culture

7- Royal Decree No. (10/2020) decree granting the Secretary-General of the National Committee for Celebrations, Saba’a bin Hamdan Al-Saadi, the rank of Minister

8- Royal Decree No. (11/2020), appointing Mr. Saeed bin Sultan bin Yarub Al Busaidi as Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Arts Affairs

9- Royal Decree No. (12/2020) to appoint Mr. Faisal bin Hamoud bin Nasr Al Busaidi as an advisor at the Royal Court’s Court of Special Class.

10- Royal Decree No. (13/2020), appointing Khalid bin Salem bin Muhammad Al Ghassani as a consultant in the Ministry of Heritage and Culture.
