Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued a Royal Decree appointing His Highness Sayyid Fatik bin Fahr Al Said as Special Envoy of His Majesty the Sultan.
His Majesty Sultan Haitham also issued 10 Royal Decrees of the following:
