Muscat: Ramadan was a month of giving, and Talabat Oman launched a series of initiatives for its own riders to support and appreciate their hard work during the holy month. These initiatives were a testament to Talabat’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility that are evident throughout the year.

Throughout the holy month, talabat Oman, in partnership with various vendors, provided over 2,000 free meals to riders in areas outside Muscat. This initiative was a gesture of solidarity, ensuring that those who deliver nourishment to others can also sustain themselves during Ramadan.

In a bid to spread joy and share the blessings of Ramadan, the company also distributed over 6,000 small iftar packages to riders at all t-mart locations. These packages served as a token of appreciation for the riders’ dedication during the busiest times of the day.

Emphasizing the importance of community, Talabat Oman didn’t stop at just providing meals; they went a step further by hosting two grand iftar events for their riders in Muscat and Sohar. These events were not just about sharing a meal but also about celebrating the sense of community and togetherness that Ramadan embodies.

Highlighting their commitment to the riders’ well-being, Talabat Oman provided four fortunate riders with a fully funded trip to perform Umrah, offering them a chance to embark on a spiritual journey and fulfill their religious aspirations.

Stéphane Berton, Managing Director at talabat Oman, said, “Our initiatives this Ramadan are a reflection of our deep commitment to the well-being of our riders who are the heartbeat of Talabat. We strive to support them not just during this holy month but throughout the year, as they continue to deliver not just food, but also joy and convenience to our customers.”

Talabat Oman’s commitment to its riders extends beyond Ramadan. The company has forged partnerships with several organizations to offer a plethora of benefits. A notable collaboration with Thwani ensures that all Talabat riders enjoy a discounted service fee. Moreover, recognizing the importance of vehicle upkeep, Talabat has joined hands with Nasr and Precision Tune Auto Care to offer discounted car maintenance services. This initiative not only aids in the riders’ well-being but also ensures their safety on the roads.
