DUBAI : The widely discussed unified GCC tourist visa will be named ‘GCC Grand Tours’ and will allow travellers to visit all six GCC countries and spend more than 30 days in the region, according to UAE’s Minister of Economy Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri.
Speaking at the opening day of the Arabian Travel Market, Al Marri said the unified visa will help travel to the region become more convenient and affordable for tourists.
The six GCC countries unanimously approved the unified visa system in November last year.
