MUSCAT : As per a CPA notice, the establishment failed to supply new recruits to its consumers on the date specified in the agreement between them, and did not commit to providing the service to consumers properly and in accordance with its nature.
Besides, the establishment refused to refund the consumers the cost of the service.
The CPA convicted the establishment of a misdemeanor and punished it with fines, obligating it to pay RO 2100 to the claimants for civil rights.
