CHINA : Geely Auto has launched its flagship electric Yinhe E8 sedan, the first model based on Geely’s Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) which is currently available only in China. The sedan features a 45-inch 8K resolution smart touch capable ‘Galactic Screen’ and is part of Geely’s high-end electrified ‘Yinhe’ series. It is supported by the Yinhe N-OS, offering users a seamless smart mobility experience. The Yinhe E8 also supports satellite connectivity to the ‘Geely Future Mobility Constellation’ and has impressive performance with 475kW max power, 0-100km/h acceleration of 3.49s, up to 665km range, and ultra-fast charging of 180km in 5 minutes.
Turning Heads on the Road
The Yinhe E8 brings a futuristic design with a luminous grille that can display over 100 different light shows. It has a low and wide stance to improve stability and reduce drag, with an active air intake for improved cooling efficiency. The car also has a short solid-state leader, measuring only 55mm tall.

Bringing fun to the Ride
The Yinhe E8 features the ‘Yinhe Panoramic Smart Cockpit’ with a 45-inch 8k resolution ‘Galactic Screen’, offering a smart touch display. It incorporates the Yinhe N-OS Unbounded edition, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 vehicle chip, and Fly me Link connectivity platform for a more immersive visual experience. The intelligent voice interaction system has a rapid response time of 0.23 seconds.
The car is equipped with a vehicle-mounted drone in the trunk, which can fly alongside the vehicle and transmit real-time images to the Galactic Screen. It also offers in-vehicle entertainment with multi-screen viewing, customizable ambient lighting and fragrance systems, and a Harman hi-fi speaker system. The Yinhe E8 has a range of compatible video games and offers a unique gaming experience.

The Yinhe E8 boasts superior performance, safety, and drivability, with features such as fast charging, powerful electric drive motors, and advanced safety systems. It prioritizes occupant and battery protection with a durable steel frame, anti-collision cage for the battery, and advanced airbags. The flagship model will be available for purchase in China from January 2024, with global availability coming soon.
