Muscat – Following the royal directives from His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to establish industrial cities in Musandam Governorate, Eng. Dawood bin Salim Al Hadabi, CEO of Madayn, stated that the initiative would have a great impact in empowering the industrial sector and contribute directly to the growth and development of other economic sectors, while diversifying sources of income, and enhancing employment opportunities for locals.
He explained that the continued high interest of His Majesty in establishing new industrial cities and developing existing ones in the various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman enhances Madayn’s vision of providing business cities with international standards based on partnership, and augments its role as the government arm in promoting comprehensive and sustainable economic and social development.
“We are continuing to establish and develop industrial cities of international standards in various governorates of the Sultanate under the wise leadership of His Majesty the Sultan,” he stated.
