MUSCAT : “The Royal Oman Police followed up what was circulated about banning foreign ownership of four-wheel-drive vehicles and clarified that there is nothing preventing a foreigner from registering the aforementioned vehicles during his/her time in the Sultanate of Oman,” stated the ROP clarification.
